Caroline was founded by three lifelong friends — women of different ages, shapes, and life experiences — united by one simple belief: confidence has no size, and great style should feel effortless at every stage of life.

Inspired by the beauty of the Australian coastline, where salty sea air, endless summer days, and a relaxed way of living shape everyday moments, we set out to create clothing that celebrates women exactly as they are. We were inspired by the women around us — from their 30s to their 70s — who move through life with grace, confidence, and authenticity.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days provided the items are unused, in their original packaging, and have all tags attached. For more details, visit our Returns & Refunds page.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

If your order arrived damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery. Simply email hello@bycoraline.com with:

– Your order number
– Clear photos of the damage
– A short description of the issue

Do you ship within Australia?

Yes. We currently ship only within Australia.

Shipping takes 6-12 business days. Please allow up to 3 additional days for processing before your order ships.
